Butterfly Click Test

Butterfly clicking means resting two fingers on the same button and tapping them alternately. It is the quickest way most people break 15 CPS.

How this one works

i.
Index and middle
Place both fingers on the left button, one slightly ahead of the other, and let them take turns.
ii.
Start short
Use three or five seconds while the rhythm is new; longer rounds just reward sloppy timing.
iii.
Check your mouse
Some mice have debounce delays that merge rapid presses. If your score plateaus sharply, that may be why.

Is butterfly clicking allowed on servers?: It depends on the server. Some cap CPS or ban double-click-prone mice, so check the rules where you play.
Will it damage my mouse?: Rapid clicking wears switches faster, like any heavy use. Keep practice sessions short.
